Dr. Di is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He believes that communication and interpersonal skills are the core clinical skills in the practice of medicine, which are essential for the effective delivery of health care. And she strives in meeting every patient’s individual needs through comprehensive evaluation and treatment designed to help them achieve an active lifestyle. He is also dedicated to the education of medical students, interns, residents and specialists. Serving as director of English teaching and research office of Obstetrics and Gynecology department, Dr.Di is responsible for bilingual classroom and clinical teaching, and what impressed me most was his fluent English. His education style was very student-centered. He always provides clinical instructions for his students with great enthusiasm, infinite patience and with a very positive attitude.
