Dominic Thasarathar , Thought leadership of Autodesk .His focus is the strategic role Information and Technology can play in helping companies across those ecosystems respond to changing markets and achieve competitive advantage. A Chartered Electrical Engineer and Technology Executive, Dominic joined Autodesk in 2011 from a career spanning two decades in international construction and capital projects – including management roles with CH2M Hill (Chief Information Officer, CLM Delivery Partner), Bechtel (Asia-Pacific Manager of Project Systems) and Laing O’Rourke (Project Lifecycle Systems Manager). He is a Chartered IT Professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College. He holds professional membership of The Institution of Engineering and Technology, The British Computer Society and The Energy Institute. His experience encompasses large-scale international construction operations and mega-projects across the Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Power Generation, Civil Infrastructure, Building and Utilities sectors.
