Over 20 years of international work experience, from basic training in food science, food technology and food law to practical experience in quality and safety assurance in food production; from cancer research to applied toxicology and human health risk assessment. My long-standing involvement in the development of international evidence-based food standards allows me to combine all elements of my carrier.
