Started in Technical Support, worked as a Product Manager for all of our IP/MPLS and packet based products. Recent work was in the CTO office (details below) prior to accepting a position as Principal engineer, Network Architectures in our Strategic Marketing Organization. Then went on to run this team which was renamed Network Solutions. Principal Engineer, Office of the Chief Technology Officer · Responsible for IP and MPLS technology coordination between product divisions, technology incubation, driving IP and MPLS early development activities, and technology strategy framework. · Strategy · Technology Evolution · Long term vision · Hardware and software architecture · Market requirements · Business Development · Also responsible for coordinating IP and MPLS standardization activities within Marconi.
