Donald has over 20 years of experience working in the technology sector in Indonesia as an entrepreneur, operator and investor. As a Partner with Convergence Ventures, Donald invested in over 13 Tech startup investments in Indonesia, covering industries from Content Portal, to Advertising, and Fintech, and also worked closely with Indonesian government to shape the Indonesia's Tech Startup ecosystem. Donald spent over 5 years in the Digital Payment space: as GM for Indonesia in 2C2P Payment Gateway and as CIO in Indomog, an offline payment solution holding 15-20% of Indonesia’s online gaming payment market. Prior to that, Donald was the CTO of Principia Management Group, a private equity where he investment over $100m in Matrix Cable Network that ushered the country into the Internet Age by drastically reducing the cost of Internet for Indonesian customers. Independently, Donald also advised and assisted various technology startups to raise over several million dollars of funding from investors.
