Xu Yixin is a Senior R&D Engineer and Marketing Manager in the eID Division at the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security where he has served since joining in 2010. His research focuses on smart card application technologies, electronic identity management technologies, among others. Xu Yixin has a PhD in Communication and Information Systems from Beihang University, China.
