Michelle leads the S&OP team supporting the Service Provider businesses in Cisco, which represents ~22% of Cisco’s total Revenue. Her team focuses on the four key Cisco S&OP strategies: driving collaboration to transform business operations, provide targeted flexibility, enable demand shaping for global markets and deliver gross margin maximization, while developing and scaling people, process and systems. At Cisco 14 years, Michelle has held various management positions in both finance and planning. Prior to Cisco, she was in finance at IBM for five years in the Storage Division, spending her last year as the Division budget coordinator. Michelle holds a B.S.in Accounting from San Jose State University.
