A retired Rear Admiral in the US Public Health Service, Dr. Rutstein has repeatedly succeeded in addressing the critical needs of diverse organizations and populations, domestically and internationally. Specialties: − Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine − Medical Licenses in California, Maine and Beijing, all active. − Executive leadership, strategic planning, scientific communication, program design and management, technical training, systems integration, clinical acumen and media analysis/commentary.
