贾瑞明，CSA生态小农，贾瑞明，人称老贾。他当过兵、坐过办公室、跑过销售、开过皮具店、当过群众演员，后来到广东做驻村工作者，对三农问题发生了兴趣，来到上海以后，在崇明找了块地，做起了农民。老贾现在种植的土地面积有200多亩，主要种植水稻、杂粮以及少量当季蔬菜。前面提到的小麦田只是他试验田的一部分。老贾奉行的自然农法，不同于一般的种植方法，甚至与有机农业都有一定的差别。有机农业允许使用有机肥，而自然农法连有机肥都不用，甚至主张保留杂草。农户、农业专家，都没办法给他提供有价值的参考，他只能自己摸索，而他开辟试验田的目的，就是想知道，不用化肥、农药，不用有机肥，如何才能提高农作物产量。后来，老贾接触了有机农业，虽然不用化肥和农药，但有机农业依赖有机肥，而有机肥属于外源性肥料，不属于土地上自然产出的肥料，无法从根本解决问题。加上有机农业使用太多的防虫网、大棚，包括在地面上铺薄膜覆盖，他也觉得不够合理，塑料不能完全回收，对土地的危害会很大。而自然农法正好符合他的理念，不需要依赖外源性肥料，对土壤也没有危害。

李诚，四川农业大学食品学院副院长,教授，在职博士,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。主要研究方向:畜产品加工与卫生安全。先后发表学术论文70篇，主编、副主编、参编各类专著或教材10余本。学术、技术组织任职：四川省食品标准专业技术委员会委员、四川省食品安全专家咨询委员会专家。主要论著：副主编《现代肉品加工大全》、主编《孰肉制品加工》、副主编《香肠加工》、副主编《食品实验室技术》。

黄志友老师现任北京爱故乡文化发展中心总干事、北京小毛驴市民农园总经理。中国人民大学硕士，自2004年参与当代乡村建设实践13年并持续至今，晏阳初乡村建设学院生态农业工作室和乡村建筑工作室主要创办人之一。2008年起参与小毛驴市民农园的创办与运营工作。2009年被中国人民大学乡村建设中心评为“新乡村建设十大人物”。

叶兴乾，男，博士，1962年5月出生，浙江大学食品与营养系教授，博士生导师。食品科学与工程一级学科负责人，浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院副院长。

自2003起担任威斯康辛大学医院临床研究中心护士管理者，负责临床研究中心的项目、资金和人员的管理，及新临床研究护士的培训和指导。与威斯康辛大学护理学院建立临床研究密切合作。2014年起，兼职威斯康辛大学护理学院临床副教授，承担临床教学工作。在临床研究领域受试者保护方面有着丰富的知识和经验。

王颉博士,教授/博士研究生导师,食品科技学院副院长,中国农业工程学会农产品加工贮藏分会常务理事。主讲《食品工厂设计》等课程。主要从事食品贮藏加工研究,主持和参加国家、省市级课题10多项,获省、市科技进步奖8项。发表学术论文80多篇,被SCI和EI收录各1篇。主、参编著作12部,申请国家发明专利10项,其中1项已授权批准。
